📋 Description

  • Serve as final escalation point for hardware and firmware issues, guiding investigations.
  • Debug end-to-end across hardware, firmware, gateways, and AI/ML pipelines.
  • Analyze telemetry and fleet patterns, turning logs into actionable narratives.
  • Lead post-mortems to uncover root causes and key learnings.
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop superior customer solutions.
  • Lead on-site investigations and beta deployments for next-gen hardware.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • 6+ years in technical support, field or systems engineering.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, CAN/LIN analyzers.
  • Strong electrical fundamentals: voltage, current, resistance, grounding.
  • Automotive/industrial electrical systems knowledge (12V/24V).
  • Experience in direct customer interaction and 24/7 on-call support.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% for on-site investigations.
