📋 Description

  • Monitor and respond to technical inquiries via Misumi’s system.
  • Address specs: dimensions, mounting, materials, tolerances, CAD.
  • Analyze customer needs; propose alternatives or BOM cross-references.
  • Collaborate with customers/suppliers to investigate issues and root causes.
  • Coordinate with global HQ for technical inquiries and evaluations.
  • Update product pages on the e-commerce platform with accurate data.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years in product support engineering; structural/framing/fastener experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes; proficient in 3D CAD and GD&T.
  • ERP systems familiarity; experience with e-commerce catalog management.
