  • Address product questions: specs, dimensions, materials, tolerances, CAD data.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend alternatives using BOM cross-referencing.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to investigate product issues and determine root causes.
  • Update product pages on the e-commerce platform from manufacturer's catalogs.
  • Support product managers with technical and operational coordination.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 4+ years in product support engineering; structural/fastener experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Working knowledge of 3D CAD software and GD&T.
