๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Day-to-day support for enterprise clients via live chat and email, with some phone support
  • Become a subject matter expert in product features and functionalities
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and document product issues; liaise with QA and engineering
  • Assist in internal support documentation and process creation
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams (CS and PM)
  • 9am-6pm Monday to Friday

  • Strong communicator with clear, professional writing style
  • 2-5+ years customer-facing technical support for cloud SaaS or web apps
  • Technically inquisitive and skilled troubleshooter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with ticketing and live chat systems (Jira, Intercom, Zendesk)
  • Experience with DataDog or similar logging/monitoring tools
  • Adaptable, quick learner under pressure with high-profile clients
  • Owns issues and customer experience with diligence
