  • Resolve complex client issues from Brightspace admins
  • Provide timely technical solutions and a great client experience
  • Support K12, Higher Ed and Enterprise clients using D2Lโ€™s eLearning software
  • Log calls in the tracking system and escalate when needed
  • Update knowledge base and documentation
  • Contribute feedback on specs and bugs to Product

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Customer service, communication and listening skills
  • SQL experience writing queries for SQL Server
  • Familiarity with XML, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, ASP and .NET
  • Webservices, REST and IIS
  • Understanding of network topography (DB, App, File Servers and load-balancing)
  • Basic knowledge of LDAP/SSO/Shibboleth authentication
