  • Interact with users via chat/phone/email; document issues.
  • Research and implement solutions using guides/manuals.
  • Identify and fix misconfigured installations.
  • Troubleshoot to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Create/update/resolve cases within defined SLAs.
  • Log defects and feature requests to improve the product.
  • Create FAQs and knowledge articles.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Work independently or in a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • LMS/Helpdesk experience is a plus.
