📋 Description

• Own Nigeria payment product roadmap focusing on LPMs and cards.
• Define specs, shape APIs, review docs with eng and teams.
• Collaborate across Ops, Treasury, Growth, Sales to deliver compliant solutions.
• Drive integration excellence with docs and backlog mgmt.
• Align teams around regional priorities and realities.
• Use data to drive decisions, write specs, run pilots.
• Stay close to Nigerian market: regs, providers, landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• 3–6 years PM in fintech/payments/API products.
• Launched and scaled payment products in emerging or regulated environments.
• Experience with enterprise merchants handling high volumes.
• Strong API/technical foundation; comfortable with integration discussions.
• Experience with PSPs, banks, and external partners; turning ambiguity into clear requirements.
• Data-driven decision making; able to drive product strategy without direct authority.
• Roadmaps/backlog definition; ability to run ceremonies with engineering squads.
• Merchant interviews and customer feedback to drive decisions.
• Understanding impact of payment products on conversion, UX, and outcomes.
• Bias for action; clear communication; ability to influence across teams.
