Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Consult with leadership and product/engineering teams to drive POS features.
• Design software for POS App products and improve operations.
• Train local operations teams on current systems and best practices.
• Collect product feedback to improve testing and installation.
• Analyze metrics (defect rates, time to close issues) and meet with managers, vendors, clients, and engineers to resolve problems.
• This is an individual contributor role with 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in CS/IS/Analytics or related field; 2+ years experience.
• Translate goals into clear product specs and roadmaps.
• Present product reports to peers and senior management.
• Use data to guide product decisions with Excel, Mixpanel, Tableau.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for agile projects.
• Prototyping with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; POS industry exp.
