Product Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize requirements.
• Capture, document, and communicate client requirements to the core team.
• Identify risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams; advocate for solutions and drive execution.
• Develop, utilize, and perform effective test strategies to ensure quality and performance.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and AI workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or similar.
• 2-3 years in an engineering role with Agile teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code (React, Python).
• Proficiency in AI model monitoring, data validation, and automation tooling.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Python, SQL, CI/CD (Docker/AWS), MLflow/Airflow.
