Product Solutions Architect 3 - LLM Observability

📋 Description

• Serve as the in-house SME for Datadog LLM Observability product
• Partner with Field teams to guide enterprise customers adopting LLM Observability
• Create technical collateral including reference architectures, guides, and cookbooks
• Build PoCs and small deployments to validate solutions
• Act as trusted advisor to Product Management with real-world feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on LLM-powered production apps
• Familiar with distributed systems and observability for LLM domain
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Comfortable in evolving, ambiguous technical domains
• Build context across teams into reusable, scalable solutions
• Take ownership from problem definition through outcomes
