- Own the ticket queue for your product and ensure backlog KPIs.
- Learn the platform, onboarding flow, and how configurations reflect client needs.
π― Requirements
- 1+ years in Technical Support or equivalent role.
- Experience with Zendesk and CRMs.
- Computer Science/Math/Engineering degree preferred.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; customer-facing experience.
- Willing to work in person 4-5 days per week upon opening of our office.
