Product Security Engineer II

📋 Description

• Provide security assessments across infra, apps, people, and processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to threat model and architect secure systems.
• Review source code against secure coding best practices; contribute security requirements.
• Drive design and implementation of security services and secure defaults.
• Promote CI/CD security remediations by building tools (Semgrep).
• Help build a platform where development is safe, easy, and low-risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years guiding software teams on security architecture design.
• 3+ years of experience in application security or product security roles.
• Experience building or reviewing threat models and crafting abuse/misuse cases.
• Working knowledge of hardware and software supply chain security.
• Hands-on software development with Python, JavaScript, PHP; strong tests.
