Product Security Engineer II

📋 Description

• Provide holistic security assessments across infrastructure, apps, people, and processes.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to threat model and secure systems.
• Review code against secure coding practices; contribute security requirements.
• Build tools to promote secure defaults in CI/CD pipelines.
• Help build a platform that enables safe, easy, low-risk software development.
• Champion internal security culture via developer training and internal CTFs.

🎯 Requirements

• Communicate security topics and actionable guidance (OWASP Top Ten) to product teams.
• Partner with internal engineering teams across the stack with empathy and creativity.
• Hands-on software engineering experience with Python, JavaScript, PHP; write tested code.
• Knowledge of virtualization, containers, CI/CD, and AWS/GCP.
