Product Quality Engineer II (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Follow Axon Product Lifecycle to manage CAPA/APEX, FAIR, and PPAP.
• Set up test cases, develop scenarios, and diagnose issues.
• Review drawings and build inspection plans for new products.
• Lead 8D and RCA teams for CAPA from internal/external sources.
• Develop FAIR and production part approvals (PPAP).
• Manage AQL sampling for incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality).
• 5+ years in plant operations or quality with measurable improvements.
• CSSGB or equivalent Six Sigma knowledge.
• IPC 610-A knowledge; auditing preferred.
• MS Excel/Word/Project/PowerPoint, Minitab, JMP proficiency.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
