- Follow Axon Product Lifecycle to ensure CAPA, FAIR/CPK, and CTQs.
- Lead MRB material disposition activities.
- Manage 8D and RCA teams for CAPA from internal/external sources.
- Create First Article Inspection Plans (FAIR) and PPAP.
- Oversee AQL sampling plans for incoming, in-process and outgoing QC.
- Provide IQC support including MSA, Gage R&R, and inspection procedures.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality or similar).
- 5+ years in plant operations and/or quality with measurable improvements.
- Knowledge of configuration management and product release to market.
- CSSGB or equivalent process evaluation and improvement knowledge.
- IPC 610-A standards knowledge; auditing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Minitab, JMP.
