🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Product/Supplier/NPI/Manufacturing Quality roles.
- Experience in quality, reliability, supplier mgmt, SPC, Cpk/Ppk, auditing.
- Ability to use Minitab or equivalent analysis software.
- Hands-on with all NPI phases: proto, EVT, DVT, PVT.
- Strong program management, communication, and teamwork.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication; report quality status to leadership.
- Engineering degree (MS/BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related.
