🎯 Requirements

- Deep GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA; privacy-by-design; cross-border transfers.
- AI legal frameworks: EU AI Act, US state AI laws, FTC priorities.
- Experience advising Product/Engineering on product/privacy/regulatory matters.
- FCC/TCPA/VoIP regulatory experience; telecom/voice/AI workflows.
- Incident response and breach notification under US state laws and GDPR.
- CIPP/US or CIPP/E or equivalent privacy certification is a plus.
