Product Policy, Cyber Policy Manager

📋 Description

• Provide cyber policy guidance to product teams on model capabilities and abuse.
• Evaluate cyber-related launches for legitimate use and misuse risk.
• Translate cyber risk into product requirements, guidance, and enforcement.
• Develop standards, enforcement protocols, and escalation paths for cyber abuse.
• Partner with safety, security, product, eng, legal, and ops on cyber risk decisions.
• Help build scalable policy frameworks for dual-use cyber capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, security policy, trust & safety, or related fields.
• Strong fluency in cyber domains: vulnerability management, malware analysis, threat intel.
• Ability to translate technical risk into practical decisions and guidance.
• Clear communication with product, engineers, researchers, executives, and policy stakeholders.
• Comfort building policy frameworks in ambiguous or fast-moving areas.
• Use data, threat intel, and operational signals to improve policy quality.
