🎯 Requirements

7+ years in biosecurity, biosafety, life sciences R&D, or related policy.
Strong fluency in domains such as genomics, bioinformatics, or lab automation.
Ability to translate complex scientific risk into durable policy, rules, and SOPs.
Experience collaborating with product, safety, legal, and research teams.
Excellent communication with product managers, engineers, researchers, and executives.
Comfort with ambiguity, building policy frameworks, and cross-sector partnerships.
