Product Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of 2-3 product partnership domains across AI infrastructure, MCP, IDE integrations, or platform partners.
• Drive integration depth; sketch the integration, scope it, and push to launch with PMs and engineers.
• Build joint GTM motions with partners: launch comms, co-marketing, enablement, sales plays.
• Measure and report partner impact: installs, MAU, joint pipeline, partner revenue, usage.
• Be the primary day-to-day contact for partners; own cadence and escalation when needed.
• Position Postman Fabric Gateway, MCP ecosystem, and IDE integrations in partner conversations where relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product partnerships, business development, developer relations, integrations, or technical alliances at a software, platform, AI, or dev tools company.
• Hands-on familiarity with the AI landscape - LLMs, AI gateways, AI observability, agent frameworks.
• Working knowledge of MCP Model Context Protocol and how agents call APIs through it.
• Familiarity with modern IDE ecosystems including Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, JetBrains, VS Code, Amazon Q Developer; developer workflows begin in the editor.
• Track record of taking at least one strategic partnership from idea to launch with measurable impact.
• Comfortable in technical conversations with PMs and engineers; can sketch an integration, read an OpenAPI spec, and reason about authentication and rate limiting.
