Product Paralegal

📋 Description

• Conduct intakes with stakeholders to document new product info for attorney review.
• Assist attorneys with initial review of products/features using checklists.
• Help create and scale tools, processes, and knowledge for product counseling.
• Develop and maintain organized records of product features and legal guidance.
• Track applicable laws and regulatory developments relevant to the work.
• Update and maintain Product Legal team checklists, playbooks, and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; a technical field or operations management is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years paralegal experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack, and Confluence.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and process improvement.
