- Partner with Product Owners to manage and groom engineering backlog for one or more R&D teams.
- Translate customer, stakeholder, and business needs into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and cross-functional teams on requirements and priorities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: PI planning, sprint planning, standups, retros.
- Review and accept delivered stories to ensure quality and functionality.
- Monitor usage data and feedback to inform backlog items.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Health Informatics, or related field; or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, software delivery, or healthcare platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with data, asking questions, and making evidence-based decisions.
- A desire to learn product best practices and grow into a full Product Owner role.
