Product Owner - Swagger

📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing customer needs, tech feasibility, and value.
• Partner with PM, Eng, UX, Docs, and GTM to deliver API lifecycle experiences.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, scalable SaaS and on-prem solutions.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, trends.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to boost developer productivity and API governance.
• Work with writers to document features, APIs, integrations, and AI capabilities.
• Support GTM activities: release planning, enablement, launch readiness.
• Analyze usage, feedback, and market trends to guide prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product ownership/management or related technical roles.
• Strong API development and lifecycle knowledge (design, governance, security).
• Experience with SaaS and/or enterprise on-prem software.
• Experience in Agile product development.
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Collaborates with engineering, UX, docs, support, sales, and marketing.
• Passion for developer tooling and platform products.
• Define requirements for technical audiences; translate user needs to engineering.
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI).
• Familiarity with MCP architecture and AI tool ecosystems.
• Knowledge of API protocols OpenAPI/AsyncAPI/GraphQL and governance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native.
• Experience with developer platforms or API lifecycle products.
