π― Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise business systems.
- Salesforce Admin experience and certification a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud).
- Gainsight or similar CS tools a plus.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements; strong empathy.
- Strong Agile experience; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
