- Drive reliability and health of Metronome post-implementation.
- Develop and evolve API integrations with Salesforce, Zuora, Asana, and DataBricks.
- Manage event ingestion pipelines for validated usage data into Metronome.

- Partner with Finance and Product to launch pricing changes with testing and rollback.
- Build and maintain usage dashboards and billing reports for cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical role with payments, billing, or monetization; at least 2 years with Metronome.
- Direct experience leading a major system implementation or rollout.
- Strong experience with billing, payments, monetization or usage-metering systems (Metronome, Zuora, or in-house).
- Proven ability to integrate with external SaaS systems via REST and webhook-based APIs.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and GTM teams.
- Familiarity with usage-based billing models (proration, overages).
