📋 Description

  • Define and own Gamers’ Experience vision and roadmap aligned with Pay Station strategy.
  • Lead initiatives to improve UX, boost conversions, and payment success across regions.
  • Develop and manage features to extend Pay Station as an entry point for other B2C products.
  • Collaborate with Xsolla product teams for cohesive design, integration, and data flow.
  • Work with UX/UI to design intuitive, frictionless payment experiences tailored to players and platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to guide optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in product management/ownership, preferably fintech or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience optimizing checkout and payment experiences and improving user conversion.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, B2C experience design, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices, player behavior analysis, and localized UX design.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
