- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Gainsight or a similar CS platform.
- Agile: sprint planning, user stories, backlog.
- Cross-functional CS experience (Sales Ops, Marketing, Analytics).
- Self-starter with ownership and strong communication.
