  • Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for CSM Applications.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and stories.
  • Plan sprints with admins; prioritize work; ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Design and optimize Customer Success processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Ops, CS leadership, and users to drive adoption.
  • Define release plans and communicate changes.
  • Establish metrics to measure impact and guide roadmap.
  • Manage day-to-day user support, workflows, and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance, usage, and data integrity.
  • Stay current on features and industry best practices.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years SaaS experience with CS metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Gainsight or a similar CS platform.
  • Agile: sprint planning, user stories, backlog.
  • Cross-functional CS experience (Sales Ops, Marketing, Analytics).
  • Self-starter with ownership and strong communication.
