Product Owner (CRM)

📋 Description

• Own and manage backlog intake; groom and prioritize by value and outcomes.
• Partner with Product to turn roadmap into actionable work; write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define requirements via epics, stories, and diagrams; maintain clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate iteration planning; ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and estimated.
• Primary contact for the dev team; clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and execute the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product owner or business analyst experience in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong technical writing and visualization skills.
• Strong execution and product delivery skills.
• Experience gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to identify gaps, program risks, and address them proactively.
