3–6 years in BA/PO/system analyst or related roles.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Strong requirements gathering, backlog mgmt, stakeholder comms.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
Experience supporting UAT, defect analysis, and solution validation.
Proficient in SDLC and APIs understanding; Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps familiarity.
