π― Requirements
- 5+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Platform Lead.
- Strong ServiceNow and ITSM knowledge.
- Experience with agile teams in a technical environment.
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in Managed Services MSP environments (Service Desk, NOC, SOC).
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
