📋 Description

• Own product outcomes end-to-end from concept to live production
• Combine UX/UI design with product ownership and delivery management
• Work in small high-trust teams to define problems and plan delivery
• Define requirements, scope features, and ensure successful releases
• Own production performance, post-release quality, and user outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
• Experience leading product delivery end-to-end (Product Owner or similar)
• Proficient in Figma, including UI libraries and design systems
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals with a user-centred approach
• Experience designing web and/or mobile applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication
