Product Owner

📋 Description

• Provide SAFe SETA support to the USSF for Digital Bloodhound.
• Own backlog for PI planning; collaborate with government Product Manager.
• Own program health: balance execution, strategy, and relationships.
• Define roadmaps and priorities; connect work to program strategy.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and capture the why behind work.
• Communicate product vision to technical teams and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in program, project, or product management with SAFe and/or Scrum.
• Proven ability to align backlog with Product and Delivery leadership.
• Experience defining product functionality and writing user stories with end-user empathy.
• Demonstrated skill managing sprints: planning, review, acceptance.
• Apply SAFe Agile methods to support disciplined software development.
• Clear, effective communication with senior DoD stakeholders.
• DoD/USSF experience preferred.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
