Own backlogs for multiple SaaS products (Epics, features, stories, bugs, tasks)
Manage intake, triage, tagging, prioritization, and assignment of work
Partner with Product, Engineering, Research to clarify stories and goals
Track sprint progress, dependencies, blockers, milestones; escalate risks
Build dashboards and reports on throughput, velocity, backlog health, cycle time

🎯 Requirements

BA degree in CS, Software Eng, Ops Eng, or related field
Minimum 5 years in SAFe/Agile as Sr BA, Product Owner, PM, or similar
Hands-on Azure DevOps experience (mandatory)
Knowledge of software development and web technologies
Ability to write clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria
Strong organizational and communication skills
