🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
- Familiarity with PM/software tools (JIRA, Rally, MS Project, Confluence).
- Experience in emergency response or emergency management.
