Product Owner

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in UX-led design sessions to meet business needs.
• Define epics, user stories, flow charts, and system requirements.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned with goals and compliance.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external releases to meet contracts.
• Lead training sessions for client end-users to drive adoption.
• Lead PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement to stories.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Understand Juvare information security policies and standards.
• Document as-built configurations and demo end-to-end solutions for acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years experience as a BA, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Experience on client-specific software implementations, preferably Federal or regulated environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Active Public Trust Security Clearance or pass PTSC background check.
• US Federal and/or Military domain knowledge.
• Ability and willingness to travel 5% (average yearly).
