📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for assigned platforms or initiatives.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure scalable, architecturally sound solutions.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and delivery predictability.
• Operate in a regulated environment by incorporating compliance, risk, and audit considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated/risk-managed environments.
• Track record delivering measurable business outcomes in revenue-generating or critical systems.
• Deep experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering with engineering teams.
• Experience working with API-based integrations and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting data to inform prioritization.
