Work with Product Management to align vision and roadmap to backlog.
Prioritize backlog, write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to deliver solutions.
Gather internal and external feedback to improve products for customers.
Proactively solve problems for customers and shape product direction.
Help translate roadmap into high-impact features for CrashPlan products.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a related technical role; Product Owner experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of backup, storage, data security, data resilience.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features.
Self-starter with clear written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with Agile; Jira/Atlassian experience a plus.
Ability to see the broader picture and own outcomes.
