📋 Description

• Be the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives; prioritize and route.
• Lead cross-team process changes: design framework, align stakeholders, drive adoption.
• Own cross-team Product processes (Product, Design, Analytics) for quarterly planning and metrics.
• Build and maintain shared frameworks and artifacts for clarity and consistency.
• Identify and escalate systemic process problems needing cross-team decisions.
• Drive AI automation of product workflows and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Process design experience: built or improved operational processes in product/tech.
• Cross-functional influence: align people who don’t report to you.
• Metrics-driven: track adoption and satisfaction; set baselines and measure change.
• Bias toward scalability: prefer scalable solutions over one-off fixes.
• Full ownership: accountable for outcomes; blockers are your problem to solve.
• Fluent English (C1+): daily English meetings and documentation.
