- 3+ years in product operations or customer analytics for B2B SaaS; accounting/ERP fintech exp preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption/trends
- Translate qualitative feedback into crisp product requirements and processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, complex spaces and guiding multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication; bias to ship quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate product improvements
