  • Support bug fixes and product feedback, with production support.
  • Partner with Customer Support to diagnose and resolve user issues.
  • Proactively communicate ongoing issues for visibility across GTM teams.
  • Gather and analyze product data to surface trends and feedback.
  • Support systems that improve visibility of the product roadmap to stakeholders.
  • Compile reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of project management, operations or product management experience.
  • Experience with Shortcut, Productboard, and Slack.
  • Experience with Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty.
  • Comfort with Google Apps or Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall product management methodologies.
  • Experience with QA and logging/tracking bugs for Product/Engineering teams.
