📋 Description

• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Define and maintain operational frameworks, tools, and dashboards.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of product operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Develop and monitor product health metrics; surface insights.
• Lead product launches: readiness, rollout, and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6+ years experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to move fast with little structure and guidance.
• Curiosity to learn different parts of the business and pull levers to grow.
• Ability to operate independently and build cross-functional relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and drive change with data.
