Product Operations Manager, Feedback Loops

📋 Description

• Own the org-wide feedback pipeline across all product surfaces.
• Build intake workflows across Slack, Gong, and CRM.
• Create Claude-powered synthesis to convert feedback into trackable issues.
• Design human-in-the-loop models; reduce manual triage.
• Establish routing to product or research owners at the right time.
• Develop a visibility layer for GTM and Support to close the loop.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product operations, customer insights, or VOC roles in fast-paced tech.
• Personally shipped AI-enabled processes; prompts, evals, LLM workflows.
• Own end-to-end customer feedback program (intake, synthesis, routing, closing loop).
• Experience at fast-growing tech companies (Series B-D) building early-stage processes.
• Horizontal, cross-org experience; built shared infrastructure and drove adoption via influence.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create structure where none exists.
• Service-oriented and obsessed with enabling others to do great work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
