🎯 Requirements
- Experience in fast-moving fintech or consultancy.
- Hands-on with European payment systems (SEPA, Bizum, IDEAL); Ireland/Spain a plus.
- Self-starter, proactive with ownership; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience managing relationships with suppliers/3rd parties.
- Able to build and scale complex operational systems.
- Analytical and data-driven decision making.
