📋 Description

• Own end-to-end feature releases across PMs, from soft launch to rollout.
• Build and run the product team's operating rhythm, planning, retros, and action items.
• Track feature adoption in Mixpanel with dashboards for PM visibility.
• Manage cross-org releases with sequencing and stakeholder alignment.
• Surface patterns from tickets and requests to deliver proactive PM insights.

• Become a PM expert who answers workflow questions from PSMs, support, or providers.
• Systems thinker building scalable release processes and playbooks for 5–15 PMs.
• Strong judgment on escalation vs ownership; define soft-launch criteria.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft comms, summarize feedback, and create docs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, support, ops, marketing.
• Bias toward documentation and knowledge sharing; improve processes.
