Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own launch readiness end-to-end
• Drive launch readiness across product and engineering workstreams
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones from launch
• Define readiness criteria and go/no-go recommendations
• Run weekly launch readiness sync to track progress and risks
• Identify downstream impact on Operations workflows and update docs

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, project management, technical program management, or a similar cross-functional role
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a sprint-based development environment
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong track record of driving initiatives from ambiguity to execution, with clear ownership and follow-through
• Ability to translate technical product work into operational impact for internal teams and customers
• Experience building or improving processes, frameworks, or playbooks that scale
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
