Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end release process: coordination, communication, rollout tracking
• Manage feature flagging workflows; ensure clean, predictable deployments
• Create visibility into what's shipping, when, and to whom—internally and externally
• Own analytics infrastructure to surface actionable usage data
• Partner with PMs to define metrics, instrument features, and track adoption
• Build dashboards and reporting that drive prioritization and measure impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar in a B2B SaaS
• Experience managing release processes, feature flags, or deployment coordination
• Strong analytics skills with PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Proven ability to build and improve processes from scratch
• Excellent documentation and communication; makes complex ideas clear
• Bias toward automation; prefer building systems over manual work
