  • Own the Product org's operational heartbeat; drive alignment.

  • Design and run onboarding for Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Build onboarding, learning paths, competency frameworks, and mentoring.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration through clear docs and processes.
  • Run end-to-end programs (planning cycles, onboarding cohorts, events).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in product ops, program management, or internal ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Blend strategy with hands-on coordination.
  • Experience designing operating rhythms and managing internal programs.
  • Onboarding design for Product roles; create cross-functional content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; storytelling and enablement materials.
  • Systems thinking; design scalable processes and reduce friction.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across Design, Research, GTM, Support, and Engineering.
  • Run programs end-to-end (quarterly planning, onboarding cohorts, cross-functional events).
