📋 Description

• Own the operational heartbeat of Product, bringing order and predictability.
• Manage department-wide programs, rituals, calendars, and communications.
• Design and own onboarding for Product Managers, Designers, and roles.
• Create content to help cross-functional teams learn to partner with Product.
• Build development, training, and competency programs for the team.
• Enable cross-functional collaboration with clear docs and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product ops, program management, or related roles in high-growth SaaS.
• Operational excellence: design rhythms and internal processes.
• Systems thinking: design scalable solutions and reduce friction.
• Clear communication and enablement: strong docs and narratives.
• End-to-end program & project management experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.
