- Research regional practices, crop cycles, and environmental factors for localization.
- Execute and refine manual product workflows; identify automation opportunities for scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Data Analysis, Program/Project Management, or similar roles in tech.
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into insights.
- Excellent communication; simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience or familiarity with agriculture, agronomy, AgTech, or environmental data preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred.
