Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own systems, workflows, and frameworks for a scalable Product org
• Build infrastructure to reduce friction and raise operational maturity
• Design repeatable processes rather than one-off requests
• Lead Product Lifecycle and GA releases across Product, PMM, Eng, Support
• Partner with Product Marketing to establish beta program frameworks
• Define post-launch KPIs, instrumentation checklists, and reviews
• Plan, roadmap, and internal comms across teams
• Support quarterly and semi-annual planning cycles
• Own internal product communications including release notes
• Maintain PM docs, templates, and playbooks
• Administer Jira/Confluence; build dashboards for leadership
• Track software capitalization per finance rules
• Support PM onboarding to ramp on processes and tools
• Aggregate customer feedback and surface market intel

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Ops or TPM/PMO in B2B SaaS
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence; dashboards/workflows/automation
• Cross-functional with Product Marketing, Engineering, Finance
• Excellent written comm; turn ambiguity into clear docs
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and frameworks
• Comfortable in fast-moving, priority-shifting environments
• Familiarity with ASC 350-40 software capitalization (nice-to-have)
• Experience coordinating tiered release strategies with Product Marketing
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments (a plus)
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/fintech) (plus)
